Return and Refund Policy

Spinn Candy accepts product returns for the following reasons. 

* Full or partial Damaged Shipment

* Wrong flavored shipped

* Wrong container shipped

* Broken Container, ie, broken cap or punctured container

* Poor flavor or taste

Customers have 30 days after receiving shipment to notify Spinn Candy of your claim. Photos are required for all damage claims. Spinn Candy will be required to refund the customer for their full cost, including shipping, within 5 business days from the date of the claim.

Our return policy is the customer must return the damaged or defection product within ten days of submitting a claim. Spinn Candy send a UPS shipping label via email. The customer also will have the option of having Spinn Candy replace the container (s) in question rather than receive a refund.

Orders are not refundable once order processing has begun. Refunds will be issued thru shopify for online orders, PayPal or customer credit card. Customer can report claim details by phone (908.291.8190), email (tim@spinncandy.com).
